These terms govern your use of collegeazimuth.com (the Service), operated by Azimuth Analysis LLC, a limited liability company registered in Illinois. By using the Service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.

College Azimuth is an informational platform about college outcomes, earnings after graduation, affordability, mobility and academic programs. Its information comes from federal datasets, institution-reported data and Azimuth’s own models. It is not financial, legal, admissions or other professional advice.

All data, rankings, scores, analytics and interpretations are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete, current or free of errors, or that they suit any particular decision, and we are not responsible for how institutions interpret or respond to them. You use the information at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• scrape or harvest data other than through approved API endpoints
• attempt to reverse engineer proprietary ranking models
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• use automated tools except those that follow robots.txt
• reproduce or distribute content for commercial purposes without permission
• use the Service to harass institutions or individuals

The College Azimuth name, rankings, models, graphics, text and interface are protected by copyright. You may use the site for personal, educational or informational purposes; you may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute its content without permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy.

The site links to external websites whose content and policies we do not control. We may modify, update or remove features at any time, and may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Azimuth Analysis LLC is not liable for damages of any kind arising from use of the Service, including lost income, admissions outcomes or opportunity cost. Any decision you make using information from the Service is made at your own discretion and risk.

Any dispute arising from use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Illinois rather than in court, and you waive the right to take part in a class action. You may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible. These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois and do not waive any right that cannot be waived by law.
