What support can help with
Support is for issues tied to the product and data, including:
- Bug reports and broken behavior on the site
- Incorrect school or page resolution (wrong institution matched to a name or link)
- Incorrect or missing data on a school or program page, where we can route the report to the right data workflow
- Access issues (for example, pages not loading or features not working as described)
What support does not cover
Support is not a substitute for professional advice. We do not provide individualized financial, legal, or tax advice.
